Monetary donations from legal entities
Sponsorships by banks, companies, institutions and other legal entities governed by private law are the Museum’s basic source of funding covering a vast array of needs, from construction works for the expansion of the exhibition to organizing periodical exhibitions and educational programmes.
Sponsorships are a chance for institutions and companies to get promoted and recognised for their support of culture.
Sponsorships by companies must be deposited to the dedicated account of the Delphi Network for the Chrisso Museum, following a 10% exchequer deduction and are collected on the same day. The full sum (the exchequer’s 10% included) is deducted from the company’s income leading to the appropriate tax exemption.
.
Process
The donation process is quick and easy and can be done via internet banking/bank deposit to the following bank account: :
Bank: ——- bank
Beneficiary: Delphi Network
IBAN: ———————-
Important Note: In the transaction’s details you should clearly state the donor’s first and last names, contact information (phone numbers) and declare the deposit as a donation for the Chrisso Museum.
Currently, the income derived from tickets and events is limited and insufficient to cover basic operational needs, despite the subsidisation by the Municipality of Delphi. Therefore, the contribution of those who are interested in our Museum’s work is valuable. The donations go towards our prioritised needs:
- fixed operational expenses such as supplies, maintenance etc.
- promotion and advertisements for the Museum (in media and through events)
- the expansion of the Museum (a hall of 80 m2 exclusive for the Fokida exhibits), the surroundings and the necessary works so that the Museum can have a larger number of visitors
The Delphi Network and the Chrisso Museum would like to assure all the interested parties that the donations are leveraged in the most optimum way. The Museum members are regularly informed for the donations and their use.
